What is the difference between a repair & a T&M repair?
In a traditional commercial roof repair, one of our estimators will assess the damage to your roof and presents a proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, our team schedules and executes the repair. Following completion, you'll receive an invoice for the repair services provided.

Alternatively, in a Time & Material (T&M) repair, there isn't a preliminary inspection or proposal from a estimator. Instead, our service crew directly addresses the roof repair and sends an invoice detailing the time and materials expended afterward. A deposit is required for a T&M repair and is applied to your final invoice. If you opt for a T&M repair, it's essential to specify this when contacting our team so that we can handle your repair accordingly.

Need more than a T&M Repair?
If our service crew determines that you need a more extensive repair, an estimator will inspect the roof to determine the best course of action. Following the inspection, the estimator will provide you with a proposal. Your T&M deposit will be applied to the final invoice, ensuring transparency.
